(To qualify for FREE ACC Modified Tai Chi you must be over 65 (55 Maori or Pacific) and are able to get a doctor's referral or you have an ACC claim number for an injury fall in the past year.)
Modified Tai Chi classes have been especially designed
to focus on exercises that improve lower body strength and balance and help prevent falls
