Tai Chi for Memory DVD

Studies have shown tai chi improves memory and brain health. Dr Lam’s team merged medical research and traditional Chinese medicine with tai chi to create an easy-to-learn program. It is especially useful for people with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, or similar conditions. It is also designed to prevent these conditions

Caring for people with memory loss is challenging for carers and family. This mind-body program engages everyone for a quality time together. It will improve most aspects of health including balance, immunity and relaxation, and can be practiced and enjoyed by anyone.

Warm Up and Cool Down Exercises Wall Chart

Tai Chi Music CD

These music tracks can be used by anyone for tranquillity and inspiration. The four beautiful and relaxing pieces of music are composed to enhance Tai Chi practise and performance, and captures the spirit of Dr Lam’s Tai Chi movements. Dr Lam believes Tai Chi music should be energising, enhancing and relaxing, with the flow and rhythm of Tai Chi. He has worked with the composer Jenny Ly to achieve these aims.

Tai Chi Music (Volume 2) CD

This music CD was produced to complement and enhance the practice of Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programs. For the artists on this recording, it was a journey to express in music the feelings aroused by Tai Chi. They hope that you will hear the same beauty and inner strength that Tai Chi inspired in them.
